After you purchase an e-Gift Card

We will send the recipient an email with all of the information needed to use the e-Gift Card at

HAUS OF QUEEN/Queen of the Madhouse.

A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.

Redeeming an e-Gift Card

​

Shop hausofqueen.com and select items you wish to purchase. 

When you're ready to checkout, click "Cart" and proceed through our Secure Checkout.

Enter your e-Gift Card Code (codes are case sensitive) and PIN number on the Payment

page and click "Apply".

All Online e-Gift Cards have an expiration date of 3 years from date of purchase.

You cannot purchase an e-Gift Card with another e-Gift Card.

e-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

e-Gift Cards cannot be used for laybys.

We cannot replace lost or stolen e-Gift Cards.

We accept no responsibility for e-Gift Cards sent to wrong email addresses.

No sales tax is charged when buying e-Gift Cards; however, items purchased with e-Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax (by Law) if shipped internationally at the rate/s of selected country.

Any balance remaining on an e-Gift Card prior to expiry date can be redeemed by purchase.

Any balance remaining on an e-Gift Card after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the e-Gift Card holder.

No change is to be given on an e-Gift Card.
